Dr. Nicole Reddout is a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care at Roanoke Oral Surgery. With a strong background in both military service and surgical expertise, she brings a unique level of precision, professionalism, and compassion to her patients.
Dr. Reddout grew up in Nevada and pursued her undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University. It was there that she earned her BS in Chemistry and Biology in 2006. During her time at university, she was awarded the prestigious Navy Health Professionals Scholarship, setting her on a path of service and excellence in healthcare. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2010 before completing her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2014.
Following her residency, Dr. Reddout served in the United States Navy. She was stationed in Okinawa, Japan, for two years. Her dedication and expertise led her to become the Program Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, in 2019. After 12 years of honorable service, she transitioned into private practice.
She brings her extensive experience to Roanoke Oral Surgery. Her practice focuses on full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, with particular expertise in bone grafting, dental implants, pathology, orthognathic surgery, and trauma care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Reddout enjoys an active lifestyle. She spends her free time hiking, golfing, cycling, and doing CrossFit. Most importantly, she loves spending quality time with her husband, Ryan, their two children, and close friends.
