Dr. Stokes grew up in Wisconsin and obtained his BS in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Minnesota in 2002. Continuing his education at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Stokes accepted the Naval Health Professionals Scholarship in 2003 and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007.

Dr. Margolis grew up in Arizona and obtained his BS in physiological sciences at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, OR. He completed a general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. Subsequently, he completed a four-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Hospital of St. Raphael and Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Following his OMS residency, Dr. Margolis completed a fellowship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Parulis received his BA in Biology from Gettysburg College, where he was a 4-year member of the football team. He subsequently completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. Accepted for a Naval Scholarship, he entered military service immediately upon graduation and completed a General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA. Dr. Parulis then served several years as the Dental Officer onboard the USS Tortuga, LSD 46, forward deployed to the Mediterranean Sea, Middle East and Coast of Africa.  Read more about Dr. Parulis' personal and surgical background below.
