Our office does collect payment from insurance companies. However, if you have dental insurance and plan to use it towards your surgical needs, our staff will be happy to communicate with your insurance company and do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us.

Roanoke Oral Surgery is in-network with the serval insurance companies. Our office will submit to all insurance companies regardless if we are in or out of network as a courtesy to our patients. Your estimated co-insurance will be collected towards services rendered on the day of service. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you.

If you have insurance and plan to use it towards your oral surgery needs, we will file all the necessary forms and requested information to optimize your insurance reimbursement. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time-consuming. We ask you to keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
