Dr. Reddout and her team are amazing! My son had to have extensive oral surgery and they made sure they went above and beyond to ensure we knew the full process of the surgery! From the start to end of the procedure I knew every step that was taking place! I was so nervous from previous issues in the dental community (other dental office issues in last few weeks) they kept me in the loop of things! Even after surgery was finished, and start of recovery! This made an amazing experience! I would 100% recommend! We found out dental issues on July 6, the scheduling was amazing as well, consult the next week surgery not even a week later! All over 10/10 experience

Dr Stokes and his staff was so wonderful and professional. I have terrible anxiety thanks to a horrible experience with Carilion Clinic with anesthesia, however Dr. Stokes took his time talked me through it and continued to reassure me. After the procedure I felt so much more relaxed thanks to him.

The whole process of scheduling my appointment and the extraction procedure itself was very professional and easy for me. They were easy to communicate with and friendly. My doctor and his assistant were both very helpful and friendly— they eased my anxiety right away. The procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) was done quickly and thoroughly with no pain! I’m so thankful for the work they did!

I was there for a tooth pull. Wouldn't say I exactly loved it but the whole experience was quick, efficient, and listening to the techs and surgeon, very patient oriented.

While having a tooth pulled is not a pleasant experience, the team made it bearable. I appreciated that the doctor told me everything that was happening or would be happening. While I did not need all the pain medication prescribed, I did need it for about a day and was appreciative they gave me the prescription. Everything was done very professionally!!

10/10. The dentists I have seen, (I have seen a few sadly due to emergency extractions). Everyone at Roanoke Oral Surgery genuinely CARES about their patients and actually listens to your concerns/ anxiety etc. Not a fan of any dental office, but when I do need to go, I go to Roanoke Oral Surgery. Thank you guys for the kindness.

I thought I would experience some discomfort for a few days -- there was none. These folks get the job done right!

I had surgery 2.5 weeks ago. I’m still having pain from crunchy things. The person I spoke to “Megan” reassured me that this was indeed not unheard of especially as I had two (2) teeth, side by side, removed She treated me honestly, reassured me that I was not foolish , that this wasn’t silly, having this pain with eating is okay but after a week or more if the pain is still present or not getting better to call back. This reassured me that I’m ok but to keep an eye on my pain. Great help post op!!!

For never having any sort of oral surgery in my life time it was a very pleasant experience. From the 1st day of the Oral Consultation to the actual day of surgery 2 days later on May 15th. Dr. Stokes was excellent in explaining everything clearly and all the great hygenists did an excellent job putting me at ease as was very nervous! The facility is pristine from the lobby to the restrooms to the oral surgeon area. I would highly recommend this facility for any procedure!!!! The staff is so awesome!!! You will not be disappointed!
