Facial reconstructive surgery, otherwise known as orthognathic surgery, can be an effective option with patients suffering from malaligned jaws, overbites, underbites, asymmetries and/or other facial deformities.
Jaws may grow at different rates and start to become misaligned, creating an improper bite or jaws that are positioned incorrectly. This resulting abnormality may result in difficulties with speech, chewing or the ways your teeth align. Our surgeons also have the ability to reconstruct facial deformities from trauma, pathology including cancer, or other previous surgeries.
INSURANCE
Roanoke Oral Surgery is in-network with several dental insurances carriers and with Medicare. Please call our office or your insurance carrier to find out if we are in-network with your carrier. All co-pays and unmet deductibles will be expected to be paid at the time of service. Any remaining balance after your insurance claims are processed is solely your responsibility.
